My focus is on safety and connection, giving you the space and the time to be exactly who you are, and to be given exactly what you need during our time together.
I have an extensive understanding of the functional aspects of breathing, where and how emotions can be stored, breath patterns, and how to work with your systems to give yourself the space and safety to allow yourself to go where you need to go and to release what you are ready to - allowing you to feel the full spectrum of human emotions, clear suppressed events and experiences so they no longer have a hold over you, change stubborn patterns and behaviour, and overall creating long lasting change in your life so you can live authentically and true to YOU - a new way of being.
I am a certified breathwork practitioner specialising in FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) conscious connected breathwork, and a certified Mindset, NLP and Shadow Work coach.
I offer breathwork journeys that support trauma release, emotional development, and nervous system regulation. I have trained over 300 hours in a specialised style of facilitated breath repatterning, subconscious realignment, and bodywork to ensure safety, emotional regulation and release stuck energy from the body that creates long lasting change.
My passion and focus is on delivering a safe and supportive space for you to feel and show up exactly as you are, exactly where you are - all of you is welcome. Getting out of our heads and into our bodies, exploring the deepest parts of ourselves, breaking patterns, and learning new ways of being.
I am particularly passionate about helping women overcome limiting beliefs, getting out of their head and into their body, clearing fight/flight/freeze responses and triggers, building their capacity to manage life situations, finding their voice, and reconnecting with their intuition and authenticity.
I am so passionate about this because... I know what is it like.
I have lived in the depths of anxiety, depression, dissociation, people pleasing and anger, and to have no understanding or guidance of how to express it. I was so disconnected from myself and my body and how to move myself out of self-sabotaging and connect back into the authentic me.
I truly believe that anyone can benefit from breathwork, and continue to be blown away the life changes that are brought about through this powerful modality.
I value and celebrate each and every person who chooses to step into this work - it's not easy, but it is worth it.

FBR (facilitated breath repatterning) is a style of conscious connected breathwork. It is a powerful tool to heal and empower the self, connect back in with your body, release old stories and patterns, remove anxiety and overthinking from your life, and create a new way of being for yourself and for your loved ones, and healing by making your unconscious conscious and getting to the root cause of your symptoms.
The practice facilitated by El at Being Breathwork is nervous system informed, and uses a specialised and unique combination of facilitated breath repatterning, intentional bodywork and nerve flossing to release stuck emotions, and vocal guidance to empower you to feel, heal and let go. Everyone is different - there is no one size fits all session experience.
A really important piece of the puzzle in regulating your nervous system and getting out of fight, flight, freeze or fawn, is integration in your daily life outside of session - something we talk through in detail on what is best for you.

You are supported and guided through any release, and safety is ensured through integration practices.
We cry, we yell, we laugh. All of it is welcome.
Practicing this style of breathwork can bring calmness, clarity, and deep inner knowing to our minds and bodies, and release stored traumas and emotions that no longer serve us.
How we breathe is how we live - the expansion and contraction, the ease or restriction, it all matters.

1:1 JOURNEYS
1:1's are perfect for first-timers who are curious about breathwork, and experienced breathers who are ready to dive deep, have a lot to move through, or who just prefer individualised and curated support throughout their journey.
Emotional, physical, mental and spiritual safety is a priority, and masks are left at the door - you are met where you are at with compassion and love, and all feelings are welcome and celebrated here.
Includes demonstration, guided 60-90 minute breathwork journey, and space for connection, chats, sharing and integration before and after the session and personalised take home tools to support your daily life as needed.
