FBR (facilitated breath repatterning) is a style of conscious connected breathwork. It is a powerful tool to heal and empower the self, connect back in with your body, release old stories and patterns, remove anxiety and overthinking from your life, and create a new way of being for yourself and for your loved ones, and healing by making your unconscious conscious and getting to the root cause of your symptoms.
FBR is nervous system informed, and uses a specialised and unique combination of attunement, energetic work, facilitated breath repatterning, and precise intentional bodywork to release stuck emotions, and vocal guidance to empower you to feel, heal and let go. Everyone is different - there is no one size fits all session experience.
A really important piece of the puzzle in regulating your nervous system and getting out of fight, flight, freeze or fawn, is integration in your daily life outside of session - something we talk through in detail on what is best for you.

This then usually brings past events and emotions to the forefront that we have not yet felt or healed through, so we can lean in and process them - thus removing their power over us and creating space in our life.
You are supported and guided through any release, and safety is ensured through integration practices.
We cry, we yell, we laugh. All of it is welcome.
Practicing this style of breathwork can bring calmness, clarity, and deep inner knowing to our minds and bodies, and release stored traumas and emotions that no longer serve us.

1:1 JOURNEYS
1:1's are perfect for first-timers who are curious about breathwork, and experienced breathers who are ready to dive deep, have a lot to move through, or who just prefer individualised and curated support throughout their journey.
Emotional, physical, mental and spiritual safety is a priority, and masks are left at the door - you are met where you are at with compassion and love, and all of you and your parts are welcome and celebrated here.
Sessions are a mix of coaching, parts support and breath. Includes explanation of the technique, a guided 75 minute breathwork journey, and space for connection, chats, sharing and integration before and after the session and personalised take home tools to support your daily life as needed.
